Anita Sanchez, PhD — EXEC-OPS™ & STAFF-OPS™
Dr. Anita Sanchez is a consultant in organization development and societal change for business, government, education, non-profit local, national and international organizations. Since 1976, her work has specialized in global diversity workplace strategies and initiatives, leadership development and team building, large systems change, appreciative inquiry, strategic planning, executive-level coaching, Polarity Management™ and conflict management. Anita has been a member of the National Training Laboratory (NTL). Also, she is a certified member of Associated Consultants International, where she has conducted peer review panels to determine the competency of organization development consultants in the Rocky Mountain region.
Anita has served two terms as a United States Delegate to the World Council of YWCA’s. In her World Council role, Anita facilitated visioning the future, peace and development, conflict management programs and training sessions for women from 83 different countries. Anita also served as a member and Chair of the Colorado State Board of Community Colleges and Occupational Education. Anita is renowned for her strategic insights, creative intervention designs and delivery, as well as her skill at bringing together the wisdom in the heads and the hearts of individuals and their organizations.
