WAROPS®-SOF Training

For a Performance Edge

Special operations demand the most of units and individuals. The requirement to be the best is an operational expectation. Through self-selection and a demanding developmental process, special operators are honed, not mass-produced. Many SOF operators have learned skills to enhance their performance: some on their own, some via other more seasoned operators, and some through formal methods taught by developmental schools of instruction.

The goal of Magis Group’s WAROPS®-SOF is not to teach a lot of revolutionary new ideas. Rather, it is to take a sophisticated skills suite and improve upon it, adding discrete tools operators can use to further develop an already robust set of capabilities. If the operator is strong in one high-performance arena, an enhancement of another can be very beneficial. Through WAROPS®-SOF, we give operators a system for handling long-term demands, and emphasize recovery as an essential performance edge.
